Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 6 slices turkey bacon crispy
  • 1 can crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheese mix
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Optional Dipping Sauces

  • ketchup, mustard, ranch, or spicy mayo for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden and no longer pink.
  • In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Chop and add to cooked turkey mixture.
  • Roll out crescent or pizza dough into a rectangle. Pinch seams if needed.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over dough, then top with turkey and bacon mixture.
  • Roll dough tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch rollups. Place cut-side down on baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over rollups generously.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

These rollups are great for meal prep and freeze well. To reheat, use oven or air fryer for best texture.
