Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden and no longer pink.
In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Chop and add to cooked turkey mixture.
Roll out crescent or pizza dough into a rectangle. Pinch seams if needed.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over dough, then top with turkey and bacon mixture.
Roll dough tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch rollups. Place cut-side down on baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over rollups generously.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
These rollups are great for meal prep and freeze well. To reheat, use oven or air fryer for best texture.
