Instructions
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot in a single layer.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Set the crockpot to LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
Stir in butter and sour cream for extra creaminess. Cook on low for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve the creamy chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, biscuits, or egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cream of chicken soup and a gluten-free gravy mix. To thicken the gravy, stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water).
