This Crispy One-Pan Egg and Beef Toast is the ultimate quick and satisfying meal. Buttery crisp toast, savory seasoned beef, and perfectly runny eggs come together in one pan for a dish that's rich, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
Add diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and crispy at the edges.
Push the beef to one side of the pan. Add butter to the empty side and let it melt until foaming.
Place bread slices in the melted butter, pressing down slightly. Toast until golden brown on one side, then flip and repeat.
Make small wells in the beef mixture and crack the eggs directly into them. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but yolks remain runny.
If using cheese, sprinkle it over the beef and eggs, allowing it to melt.
