Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound salmon fillets cut into 1-inch cubes
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • paprika optional, for color and flavor
  • garlic powder optional
  • onion powder optional
  • lemon juice optional, for brightness

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the salmon bites with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice if using.
  • For baking: Arrange the salmon bites on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • For air frying: Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • While the salmon cooks, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl.
  • Once the salmon is cooked, toss it gently in the bang bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a crispier texture, pat the salmon dry before seasoning. Adjust the spice level of the bang bang sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
