Ingredients
  

Batter

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Frying & Topping

  • 15 Oreo cookies
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • In a deep saucepan or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Dip each Oreo into the banana-infused batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Carefully place the battered Oreos into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

For an extra chocolatey flavor, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the batter. You can also use double-stuffed Oreos for an even creamier center!
